This website is for the collection and reporting of Client Records (collected about clients who enter housing-related services) and Outcomes forms (collected about clients who have been receiving housing-related services).
It enables service providers to submit forms electronically and provides information and analysis that are of use to service providers, administering authorities and other users.
Monitoring had previously been co-ordinated centrally, but from 1st April 2011 this became the responsibility of individual Administering Authorities. Most Administering Authorities are continuing to collect information for 2014/15 (click Participating Authorities to see who are signed up for 2014/15.) A small number of provider organisations are also contracting directly with us.
